Shari Rimberg

Shari Rimberg has extensive experience in the recruitment industry. Shari is currently the Boss Lady/CEO of their own boutique search firm called R&R Recruiting Resources. Shari founded the company in 2017 with the mission to provide impeccable quality of service to elite clients.

Before starting their own firm, Shari worked as the Managing Director Client Services at Genesis10 since 2008. Shari specialized in helping companies build high-performing software engineering and technology teams, with a focus on supporting Bloomberg LP.

Prior to Genesis10, Shari worked at Silversearch as the SVP from 2007 to 2008. Shari also held the role of SVP at Solomon-Page Group from 1995 to 2007. During their time at Solomon-Page Group, they successfully placed over 200 people and specialized in C/C++/Unix-C#.Net.

Shari began their career as an Executive Recruiter at MIS Search from 1991 to 1995.

Shari Rimberg attended SUNY New Paltz from 1983 to 1984, where they studied Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts, General. Prior to that, they attended Landmark, although the specific duration and field of study are unknown.
