Cathy Bruschi

Cathy Bruschi is Co-founder and CEO of GENESYS Consulting Services. Over the course of 35 years working in the IT staffing and consulting industry, Ms. Bruschi has been intimately involved in virtually every aspect of the business including sales, recruiting, finance, human resources, technical and operations management. Under her leadership, GENESYS has become a leading IT staffing and consulting business in New York State. Ms. Bruschi oversees financial, procurement, recruiting, contracts, and operations management as well as partnership relationships with small, women, minority and veteran owned businesses. Ms. Bruschi has a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Science Degree, both from the State University of New York at Albany.
