Desiree Lagura

Desiree Lagura has diverse work experience starting in 2006 as an Executive Administrative Assistant at Metrolink Construction. From 2011 to 2016, they worked at Alorica Philippines, Inc. as a Resolution Service Desk representative, handling inbound calls and providing troubleshooting and escalation support. In 2016, Desiree joined Genesys Talent as a Talent Curator, where they were responsible for approving or rejecting talent community applications. Desiree also worked at a confidential company in 2016 as a Talent Acquisition specialist, sourcing resumes, conducting pre-screening interviews, and making recommendations on candidate pools and recruitment techniques.

Desiree Lagura attended the Mandaluyong Manpower and Development Center from 2011 to 2012. During this time, they pursued a degree in Electrical Installation and Maintenance NC-II, focusing on the field of study in Electrical/Electronics Maintenance and Repair Technology.
