Rebecca Valladares possesses extensive experience in operations and client services across various leadership roles in the staffing and recruitment industry. Currently serving as Head of Operations at Opptly since July 2022, Rebecca previously held the position of Vice President, Client Services at People2.0 from April 2021 to July 2022. Prior to that, Rebecca was Head of Talent Acquisition for the Americas at CooperVision and Vice President of Client Delivery at Emerge. With a strong background at Hudson RPO as Senior Vice President and over a decade of experience at The Adecco Group, where Rebecca served as Vice President and Director, Rebecca's career is built on a foundation of strategic leadership and expertise in operational management. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Stony Brook University.
