Matthew Gajdowski

Matthew Gajdowski serves as the Director of Program Design and Delivery at Genesys Works, focusing on developing training programs for high school students in underserved communities by partnering with employers and educational institutions. With previous experience at Year Up, Matthew held roles as a Design Researcher and Manager of Program Operations, utilizing human-centered design methods to create effective learning programs and manage customized training in various fields. Earlier roles include Project Manager at CLS Communication and Research and Program Assistant for the Arizona Department of Economic Security, alongside freelance translation work. Matthew's academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Development Management and Public Policy from Georgetown University, a Master's Degree in Development Management from Universidad Nacional de San Martín, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from The George Washington University.
