Molly Ryanmiller

Molly Ryanmiller is a board member for Chicago at Genesys Works. Prior to this, they were a senior business consultant for Avionos from February 2019 to June 2019. In this role, they led a change management analyst team of 10 in upgrading Bass Pro Shops’ digital asset management site and launching a new instance of the site. Additionally, they drove discovery sessions to develop future state business processes and created training documents highlighting site capabilities and best practices. Molly has also worked as an IT business analyst for Berkley Select from July 2017 to February 2019. In this role, they supported multiple business units by analyzing data and documenting business requirements. Additionally, they created process maps and user guides to streamline data entry and improve efficiencies. Prior to their career in business analysis, Molly worked as a customer service associate for Paper Source from October 2015 to October 2016. In this role, they provided excellent customer service by assisting customers with purchases, handling returns, and resolving customer inquiries.

Molly Ryanmiller's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science in Informatics from Indiana University Bloomington, a Master of Business Administration from DePaul Driehaus College of Business, and a High School Diploma from Cooperstown Junior/Senior High School. Molly is also certified in Meditation Teacher Training from Chill Meditation.
