Stefany Williams

Stefany Williams, CPA, MBA, currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Genesys Works since August 2022, where efforts focus on enhancing financial functions to support equal access for students to college and career pathways. As the Founder and Owner of Strategic Design Consulting, LLC, since October 2017, Stefany engages in community-focused projects. Previous experience includes CFO at LaborMAX Staffing, leading financial operations for over 110 branches, and President/CEO at Goodwill of Western Missouri & Eastern Kansas, managing a $24 million budget and workforce development programs. Additional roles include founding Executive Accounting Solutions, LLC, and teaching finance and accounting courses at Benedictine College and William Jewell College. Early career experience involves serving as Controller for the Economic Development Corporation of Kansas City, MO, and Audit Manager at Hutchins & Haake, LLC. Educational qualifications include an MBA with a finance emphasis from The University of Kansas and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Business Administration from William Jewell College.
