Brian Yang

Brian Yang currently serves as Senior Director of Product Management at Genesys, a position held since August 2025. Prior to this role, Brian was the Senior Director of Product Management at Verint, leading the Product Management Group for Verint Intelligent Self-Service from June 2021 to August 2025. Brian's career includes a significant tenure as Head of Products at Clinc, Inc. from October 2018 to April 2021, where leadership in product and go-to-market strategies was provided. Additionally, Brian contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Michigan, teaching a course on Conversational AI. Previous experience at Wells Fargo from May 2008 to February 2019 included various roles such as VP and NLP AI Lead, where strategies for conversational AI were developed, along with engagement in advanced technology and partnerships. Brian holds an MBA from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a degree in Computer Systems Engineering from the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at the same university.
