Catrina Duff

Catrina Duff is a PS WEM Business & Strategy Director with a strong background in operations management within the Contact Centre industry. They have held various senior roles, including Senior Professional Services Consultant and Global Practice Leader at Genesys, where they focused on strategy and employee engagement. Catrina's earlier experience includes managing call centres at Salmat and Air New Zealand, and they have a bachelor's degree in Business and a BA in French from Massey University and the University of Auckland, respectively. Currently, Catrina is pursuing further studies at the University of Auckland.
