Chris Madge

Chris Madge is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and account management within the technology and customer engagement sectors. Currently serving as an Account Director for Genesys, Chris has been instrumental in delivering exceptional customer experiences through advanced cloud, digital, and AI technologies since December 2016. Prior roles include Senior Account Executive and Account Executive at Genesys | Interactive Intelligence, along with a Business Development Manager position at Netcall plc and Axios Systems Inc. Chris's career began as a Sales Executive at Axiom Business Computers Ltd after starting in technical support at Computa. Chris holds a BSc Hons degree in Computer Science and Accountancy from the University of Dundee.
