Danielle Cox has extensive experience in both educational and sales roles, showcasing a strong background in music education and account management. At Genesys, from November 2022 to February 2024, Danielle served as a Partner Account Manager, focusing on the sales of training subscription packages and collaborating with various teams to support partner resell programs. Previous roles include Inside Sales Representative and Sales Development Representative at ESG and Genesys, respectively, where Danielle was responsible for outbound prospecting and lead management. Danielle also has a background in education, having taught music classes and developed curriculum for K-8 students in multiple school districts. A graduate of Morehead State University with a Bachelor of Music Education, Danielle combines sales expertise with a passion for music and education.
