Deniz Türkkol

Deniz Türkkol is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contact center solutions and project management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Sr. PS Consultant at Genesys since September 2022, Deniz previously held positions such as Product Manager at Telio Group and Project Manager at European Computer Telecoms AG. Deniz's career includes significant roles at IST Networks as a Service Delivery Manager and at AssisTT as a Telephony Solutions Manager, where Deniz demonstrated end-to-end solution ownership, achieving high availability for numerous calls and substantial cost savings. Earlier experience includes positions at AVEA, focusing on product management and infrastructure operations, and as a Support Engineer at Empatel Telekom.
