Felix Axtmann

Felix Axtmann is an accomplished Value Strategist at Genesys since November 2018, providing value-driven guidance to customers and strategic partners in transitioning to Genesys Cloud for enhanced customer experiences. Prior to this role, Felix served as a Solution Consultant and Jr. Solution Consultant at Dr. Schenk GmbH from February 2015 to October 2018, where responsibilities included international technical project management for optical inspection and image processing systems, with a focus on mobile and automotive display glass across several countries. Felix also gained experience as a Praktikant in strategic product marketing at Polytec in late 2014 and completed a Master’s degree in Physics at The University of Freiburg from 2008 to 2014, during which time work included a role as a master's student and scientific assistant at the Fraunhofer Institute for Physical Measurement Techniques IPM from February 2013 to June 2014.
