Hector Mayorga

Hector Mayorga is a seasoned leader in product support and customer engagement, currently serving as the Director of Product Support at Genesys since March 2024. Previously, Mayorga held the position of Director of Technical Support at Twilio from July 2022 to February 2024, where leadership focused on global support for Twilio Flex. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Customer and Technical Support at 8x8, Director of Customer Support and Services at Mimosa Networks, and various roles at Sumitomo Electric Lightwave and Hitachi Communication Technologies America. Mayorga's educational background includes an MBA in Marketing and Product Management from the University of California, Berkeley, along with a Master's and Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University and Universidad del Valle de Guatemala, respectively.
