James G. is a seasoned Training Specialist and Content Developer at Genesys since June 2021, responsible for creating internal content on diverse topics such as migrations and customer success plans, while utilizing various learning technologies. Prior to this role, James held positions at TiER1 Performance Solutions as a Senior Learning Consultant and at Bottom-Line Performance as a Learning Consultant, focusing on design workshops and course development for corporate clients. James has also contributed to educational initiatives as an Instructional Design Consultant at IUPUI, an Assistant Director at the Georgia Institute of Technology, a Director of Technology for the ATD Greater Atlanta Chapter, and a Graduate Instructor at the University of Georgia. James holds a PhD in English from The University of Georgia, and has completed additional degrees at the University of Oxford, Western Michigan University, and Central Michigan University.
