Kelsey Redhead, RIMS-CRMP, is a seasoned professional in risk management and compliance with a diverse background in legal support. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Enterprise Risk Management at Genesys since December 2022, Kelsey previously held the position of Risk Compliance Manager at Argo AI from September 2018 to December 2022. Prior to that, Kelsey worked as a Litigation Paralegal at Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin, P.C. and Burns White LLC from November 2015 to September 2018 and September 2014 to November 2015, respectively. Kelsey's career began as a Paralegal at Flaherty Fardo LLC from May 2009 to September 2014. Kelsey holds a Master of Science in Education in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services from Duquesne University (2010-2012) and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh (2005-2009).
