Lisa Varni

Lisa Varni is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in executive and internal communications across multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Executive and Internal Communications at Genesys since November 2020, Lisa collaborates with the EVP of Global Sales and Field Operations to enhance communication strategies that support organizational growth. Previously, Lisa held various positions at Cisco from 2003 to November 2020, where significant contributions included leading operational processes for major events and developing impactful communications for strategic initiatives. Lisa's marketing experience spans notable organizations such as TiVo, Storm Technology, The Learning Company, and The Walt Disney Company, where successful campaigns resulted in substantial market share growth and brand positioning. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Duke University and an MBA in Marketing from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
