Michael Long

Michael Long is a seasoned customer success professional with extensive experience in account management and sales. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Genesys since October 2021, Michael previously held positions such as Key Account Manager at ADT and National Account Manager at DEFENDERS. At Republic National Distributing Company, Michael excelled as an Outside Sales Representative, managing a diverse portfolio of accounts for both spirits and wine in the Indianapolis and Lafayette areas.
