Millen Paschich

Millen Paschich is an accomplished finance and operations professional with extensive experience in sales and marketing finance. Currently serving as the Director of Sales & Marketing Finance at Genesys since May 2021, Millen previously held the role of Senior Finance Manager in Marketing Finance at the same company. Prior to Genesys, Millen worked at Gridium as the Director of Marketing & Sales Operations from 2014 to May 2021 and served as Senior Marketing Manager at Cleantech Group for a year. Early career roles include General Management and Business Operations Manager at Passage Supply Co., Marketing Specialist at EnerNOC, and Senior Consulting Associate at Cambridge Associates. Additionally, Millen gained formative experience as a Summer Analyst at MF Global and founded JMP Works, LLC, a company aimed at learning essential business skills during university. Millen holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BBA in Finance and History from Southern Methodist University.
