Monique White is an accomplished legal operations leader with extensive experience in strategic advisory, risk management, and digital transformation across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Legal Operations at Genesys, Monique previously held positions such as Senior Director of Strategic Advisory at Morae, where expertise in department maturity assessments and compliance was utilized. Monique also directed digital operations at Pearson, leading initiatives in process optimization and risk management, and managed significant transformations in the legal function at Lenovo as Head of Legal Operations. Monique’s career began at IBM, where foundational roles in financial operations and project management were established. Education was completed at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
