Olivier Jouve

Olivier Jouve is currently the EVP & GM of Genesys Cloud at Genesys. Prior to this, they held various positions at IBM from November 2009 to July 2017, including Global Vice President of Offering Management for Watson IOT. From August 1990 to December 1991, they were with the French Navy. Olivier Jouve has also been with SPSS, Inc from March 2002 to November 2009 as Vice President of Corporate Development; and with WebCarCenter.com, Portalys, Art Guardian, Voozici.com from April 2000 to January 2007 as Co-Founder and Managing Director.

Olivier Jouve completed a Master of Science in Computer Science at Pierre and Marie Curie University in Sorbonne Université. Olivier also obtained a Master of Science in Geophysics from the same school. Afterwards, they pursued their studies in Geophysics and Paleontology at Université de Poitiers.

They are on a team with John Hernandez - EVP & GM, Genesys Multicloud Solutions, Bridgette McAdoo - Global Sustainability Officer, and Brian Swartz - CFO. Olivier Jouve reports to Tony Bates, CEO.
