Ryan Hehir is a seasoned professional with a robust background in security, governance, risk management, and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Security & GRC Project Manager at Genesys since May 2022, Ryan has previously held various roles including R&D Executive at CBE Ltd and Quality Assurance Specialist at Qublix Games. Ryan's experience extends to significant positions in software quality assurance at Expleo Group and SQS Group, where expertise in mitigating business risks and managing technology transformations was demonstrated. Ryan has also contributed as an intern support engineer at SAP and has hospitality experience from bartending roles at Roundstone House Hotel and Ballynahinch Castle Hotel & Estate. An alumnus of the National University of Ireland, Galway, Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Information Technology.
