Victor F. serves as the Vice President of IT, overseeing Data & Analytics, Enterprise Architecture, Global Infrastructure & Services, and HR, Legal & Strategy at Genesys since July 2023. Prior to this role, Victor held multiple senior leadership positions at UNFI, including Vice President of IT Digital, CRM & Integrations, where Victor successfully developed customer experience strategies and cloud-native technologies. Victor's extensive experience also includes serving as Vice President of Retail Technology Services at SUPERVALU, where Victor championed innovative digital solutions and big data platforms. With a foundational career starting from roles at Shaw's Supermarkets to Albertsons Inc., Victor has consistently driven technology advancements and operational efficiencies across various sectors. Victor holds a Client Server Certification from Clark University.
