Winnie Chan, CPA, CFE, is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience in Accounting, Audit, and Finance. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Financial Controls Oversight at Genesys, Winnie has previously held key positions including Director of Internal Controls at Venture Global LNG and Head of Internal Audit at OilSERV. With a strong foundation in establishing audit departments, implementing ERP systems, and managing teams, Winnie reported financials under both US GAAP and IFRS throughout their career. Winnie holds a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business.
