Victoria Smitheman

Victoria Smitheman has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Talent Management Advisor and Lead HR Administrator at Genetec since April 2018. Prior to this role, Smitheman held positions as Lead Human Resources Administrator and Human Resources Coordinator at the same company. Experience also includes serving as a Cash Supervisor and Sales Lead at Indigo from October 2011 to September 2018. Smitheman gained initial HR experience through summer internships at Bombardier in 2014 and 2015, focusing on the Pension and Benefits department. Smitheman holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a concentration in Accounting and Human Resource Management from Concordia University, earned between 2013 and 2017.
