Paula Davis

Paula Davis has a diverse work experience. Paula started their career at Anthem in 1983, where they held various roles including Broker Services Customer Service Rep I, IT Quality Control Analyst, Business Analyst II, and Operations Expert. In these positions, they gained expertise in customer service, quality control, business analysis, and operations management. Paula is CBAP certified and has experience in software development life cycle, test planning, and UAT testing. In 2021, they joined GENETWORx as a Laboratory Assistant.Overall, Paula has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on operations, customer service, and quality control.

Paula Davis obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, with a major in General Business, from NC A&T State University. Paula completed their undergraduate education from 1977 to 1981. In addition, Paula has earned a certification in Business Analysis Professional from Anthem, Inc. in January 2015.
