Viviane Afiouni-Zingre

Viviane Afiouni-Zingre has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to learning and development, training, and quality management. Viviane is currently the Head of the Learning Security Department at Genève Aéroport since 2017. Prior to that, from 1995 to 2017, they worked at Carlson Wagonlit Travel in different positions, including Manager of Learning & Development Central Europe, Manager of Training & Development, and Quality Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for implementing training strategies, developing skills, evaluating training needs, designing and delivering training modules, promoting and communicating training initiatives, and utilizing various forms of training methods.

Viviane Afiouni-Zingre holds an Attestation de Formation à l'Art du Coach from Coaching Services Nyon in 2016. Viviane also has a Diplôme Universitaire de Formateur d'Adultes from the University of Geneva, earned from 2009 to 2011. In addition, they obtained a Certificat universitaire en développement et animation de systèmes de formation from the University of Geneva from 2005 to 2007. Further, they have received Certificates in English for International Trade and Business from the University of Cambridge in 1997 and a Certificate in Advanced English in 1993.
