Garth Toone

Garth Toone possesses extensive experience in safety management, currently serving as Safety Manager at W.W. Clyde & Co. since January 2012 and Geneva Rock Products since June 2006. Prior to these roles, Garth held the position of Compliance Safety Manager at C. R. England from September 2003 to June 2006 and spent 27 years as a Senior Trooper with the Utah Highway Patrol, focusing on the enforcement of federal and state vehicle and motor carrier safety regulations and participating as a member of the HazMat response team. Garth earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Weber State University between 1978 and 1986 and attended Brigham Young University in 1970-1971.
