Janet Kilbane

Janet Kilbane, M.Ed., CRC, is a seasoned professional in vocational and medical case management with extensive experience in the Ohio workers' compensation industry. Currently serving as a Vocational/Medical Case Manager at Genex Services since October 2020, Janet previously worked as Co-Vocational Coordinator at Careworks of Ohio Ltd, overseeing vocational service delivery under BWC guidelines. Janet's career includes a significant tenure at VocWorks/York, where expertise in medical and vocational case management was developed, along with providing expert testimony for self-insured employers. Earlier roles at Concentra and Lake Hospital System contributed to a robust foundation in vocational rehabilitation. Janet holds a Master of Education in Rehabilitation Counseling and a Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation from Kent State University.
