Jennifer Hallacker

Jennifer Hallacker has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jennifer began their career at Shared Medical Systems (SMS), where they worked as a Customer Service Analyst for almost a decade. During this time, they gained experience in troubleshooting various programs and handling training for new analysts.

Following their time at SMS, Jennifer joined Siemens as a Network Security Admin, where they were involved in creating and editing SAP logons, managing Microsoft Outlook/Exchange Server users, and suggesting improvements to the user request system.
