Pamela Kowalski

Pamela Kowalski, MHL BSN RN CCM, currently serves as an RN Case Manager for Genex Services in East Tennessee and Western North Carolina since August 2023. Previously, Pamela held the position of Director of Marketing and Admissions at Signature HealthCARE from September 2022 to August 2023 and worked as a Case Management Nurse focusing on Workers Compensation at Arete Consulting LLC from April 2022 to September 2022. A career in hospice and palliative care includes roles at Kindred at Home, where Pamela served as a Senior Hospice Care Consultant and Clinical Liaison from June 2018 to April 2022. Additional experience encompasses consulting for legal cases as a Legal Nurse Consultant from October 2010 to December 2019 and various nursing and case management positions at Humana and Adventist Health System. Pamela's educational background includes a Master of Healthcare Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University, alongside an Associate of Science in Registered Nursing from Pensacola State College.
