Gerlas van Den Hoven

Gerlas Van Den Hoven's work experience includes being the CEO of Genexis, a European market leader in fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) equipment. Gerlas has also served as the Chairman of GX Group, NLconnect, and eSociety Platform, where they stimulated innovative developments in ICT and digitalization. Gerlas has been a Board Member of Waystream AB and the FTTH COUNCIL EUROPE. Before these roles, they were the VP Products at Genoa Corporation and held positions at JDS Uniphase and Philips.

Gerlas Van Den Hoven earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Physics from the University of Groningen in 1991. Gerlas subsequently completed their PhD in Physics at Utrecht University from 1991 to 1996.
