Gaston Milano

Gaston Milano is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in engineering, design, and education. Since April 2019, Gaston serves as Académico Titular at the Academia Nacional de Ingeniería del Uruguay, while also holding the position of Local Leader at The Interaction Design Foundation since May 2017. At GeneXus, Gaston has been the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Architect since February 2008. Additionally, Gaston has contributed to academia as a teacher at Universidad de la Empresa since June 2012, and previously worked as a developer at GeneXus Artech from August 1997 to November 2007. Gaston's educational credentials include UX Certification from Nielsen Norman Group (2015-2016) and a degree in Computer Software Engineering from Universidad de la República (1993-1998), alongside ongoing professional education with The Interaction Design Foundation.
