Brok Weichbrodt

Previously the Director of Commercial Operations at Catalent, Weichbrodt has over 17 years of industry experience and oversees a number of departments at Genezen including manufacturing, facilities maintenance and calibration, validation, EHS, supply chain, and capital projects. Brok is responsible for the completion of phase 1 of the capital expansion project which encompasses the construction of a new 25,000 sq. ft. facility, the first phase in an overall 75,000 sq. ft. facility expansion. Brok aims to further improve Genezen’s already high-quality standards through the creation of new teams and processes, and continue to foster an environment that values communication, problem-solving, and diversity.
