Anne-Helene Monsellato

Anne-Helene Monsellato is an experienced professional with a diverse background in corporate governance and cultural institutions. Currently serving as an independent director and chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee at GENFIT since June 2017, Monsellato also holds positions as a member of the Board of Directors at the American Center for Art & Culture in Paris and treasurer of The ENERGY ACTION Project. Previously, Monsellato was an independent director and chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee at Euronav until March 2023. An accomplished partner in the Global Capital Markets division at EY from 1990 to 2013, Monsellato contributed significantly to the US business environment and financial consulting.
