Hailey Cranor has extensive experience in the food service industry, currently serving as a Manager at Genghis Grill since August 2014, where responsibilities include supervising employees, motivating staff for customer feedback, managing financial transactions, and conducting interviews. Previous roles at Genghis Grill include Server, specializing in training new team members and enhancing sales through upselling techniques, as well as Hostess, focusing on organizational skills and customer interaction. Additionally, Hailey supports Cranor Inspection Services, LLC by assisting with administrative tasks and client engagement.
