Alberto Castellano

Alberto Castellano currently serves as General Counsel and Head of Legal at Genially since March 2021, focusing on internal compliance and the negotiation of various agreements related to the company's products. Prior to this role, Alberto worked at PwC as a Senior Associate specializing in digital regulation and technology law. A secondment at Huawei involved telecommunications and IT law, further building upon expertise gained at EY in GDPR implementation for the financial and insurance sectors. Alberto's earlier experience includes significant roles at Indra in technological contracts and GDPR compliance, as well as providing legal advice at ECIJA. Alberto holds a Master of Laws from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and has pursued additional studies in compliance and law, including an Erasmus program at the Università di Bologna.
