Kelly Moran

Kelly Moran is an experienced professional in user experience research and insights, currently serving as VP Experience Research & Insights and National Practice Lead at geniant since November 2023. Prior to this, Kelly held roles at Google as a Staff UX Researcher focused on optimizing user value within ambiguous problem spaces and developing AI-driven search experiences, and as a Senior User Experience Researcher contributing to user-centered practices. With a solid background as Principal Experience Researcher at projekt202 and an Implementation Manager at VHA, Kelly's expertise encompasses improving brand experiences and applying observational science to enhance clinical services. Kelly's educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Applied Anthropology from the University of North Texas and a BA in Anthropology from California State University, Northridge.
