Colleen Foley

Colleen Foley is an accomplished executive assistant currently employed at Genics since February 2023, with a diverse background in operational leadership. Before this role, Colleen operated as a self-employed consultant at What’s Next Consulting from January 2017 to May 2023. Colleen's extensive experience includes serving as the Head of Operations at BrokerLink from January 2006 to December 2015 and overseeing national operations at Canada BrokerLink for nearly four decades. Colleen has successfully led high-performance teams, focusing on employee development and organizational efficiency, including managing the startup of an insurance call center and fine-tuning operational policies. Colleen also held vice president roles in operations at Oxford Insurance during the late 1990s. Colleen earned a Management degree from the University of Alberta between 2001 and 2004.
