Justine Tassin

Justine Tassin is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles within the construction and energy sectors. Currently serving as DRH Pôle Energie and Responsable Ressources Humaines at GCC Construction / Energie / Immobilier since September 2017, Justine manages HR relations, social relations, and human resources development, while also providing internal training in labor law. Prior to this, Justine was Chef de service adjoint ressources humaines at Bouygues Energies & Services from October 2005 to August 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing HR functions for a team of 300 and managing three team members. Justine's educational background includes degrees in human resource management and social law from prestigious institutions such as Paris-Pantheon-Assas University and CY Cergy Paris Université.
