Jennifer Arias

Jennifer Arias has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jennifer started their career at All Seasons General Contracting as a Receptionist, where they were responsible for organizing sales binders and cataloging completed services. Jennifer then joined Effective Electric as an Executive Assistant, where they supported the company owner in various administrative tasks and revitalized the company's social media and marketing efforts. After that, they worked at Wheeler Staffing Partners as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they analyzed job descriptions, sourced candidates, and exceeded daily quotas. Jennifer then moved on to Republic Health Resources as a Travel Nurse Recruiter, where they ranked in the top 3 for gross profit margin production and handled various recruitment duties. Jennifer later joined Supplemental Health Care as a Healthcare Recruiter, before ultimately joining Genie Healthcare as a Marketing Director and Account Manager, where they are currently employed.

Jennifer Arias attended Grossmont College where they studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Jennifer also graduated from Scripps Ranch High School. In addition to their education, they obtained Duolingo German Fluency: Elementary certification from the institution Duolingo in May 2016. Jennifer has two certifications from Duolingo for German fluency.
