Derly Figueroa

Derly Figueroa is currently the marketing coordinator at GenieUs Genomic. Prior to this, they worked as a financial analyst at Banco Mundo Mujer from January 2017 to July 2017. Derly was responsible for the growth and quality of the loan portfolio through excellent customer service and meeting goals. From January 2016 to August 2016, they worked as an advisor at the Unit for comprehensive care and reparation of victims where they were responsible for the interoperability of information between entities belonging to the national system, to verify the correct functioning of the programs aimed at victims of the conflict. Prior to that, they were a store manager at Arcos Dorados from September 2013 to January 2016 where they were responsible for all aspects of the restaurant operations including restaurant quality, service and cleanliness standards, sales, people practices and profitability. Her first job was as an assistant surveyor at Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística - DANE Colombia from April 2013 to September 2013.

Derly Figueroa has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidad del Tolima.
