Silvia Raigorodsky

Silvia Raigorodsky has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources. Silvia began their career in 2011 as an HR Analyst - Talent Acquisition for Accenture in France, The Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. In 2013, they moved to Philip Morris International as an HR Services Specialist and HR Generalist US & CA. In 2017, they joined R/GA as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they managed full cycle recruiting for R/GA offices in New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Austin and Portland, specializing in Tech and Creative roles. Silvia also led a Diversity & Inclusion project that aimed to shed light on the ongoing issue of unequal opportunities for female and minority professionals in the Advertising space in the United States. In 2018, they became the Human Resources Director for Munch Ado. Currently, Silvia is the Head of People & Talent for Genium, a premium software engineering and agile consulting firm, as well as the People and Culture Manager.

Silvia Raigorodsky obtained their degree in International Relations from Universidad de Belgrano between 2008 and 2014. Her field of study was International Relations and Affairs.
