Carl Belanger

Carl Belanger, Eng., MBA, is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in technological governance and digital transformation. Currently serving as a Senior Director of Technology Transformation at Manac and a board member at Genium360 and Reseau Action TI, Carl has led significant initiatives in several organizations, including Precicom Technologies, Groupe Selection, and EBC inc., where Carl successfully implemented corporate governance frameworks, acquired ISO-27001 certification, and developed innovative technology solutions. Educationally, Carl holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering specializing in telecommunications from Université Laval.
