Sophie Minyem

Sophie Minyem, ing., M. ing., is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in compliance and integrity evaluation of gaming systems. Currently serving as Vice-President of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee member at Genium360 since November 2021, Sophie also holds the position of Senior Compliance Engineer and Team Leader at Loto-Québec since June 2020, where responsibilities include evaluating gaming system compliance and advising on integrity matters. Previous roles include Senior Advisor in Compliance at Société des casinos du Québec and Project Manager in Certification and Compliance in the Gaming Devices Department. Sophie possesses a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management from Université de Sherbrooke and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Université Laval, with ongoing studies at Polytechnique Montréal since 1989.
