Saikat Mukherjee

Saikat Mukherjee currently serves as the Business Head for the Middle East at Genius Consultants Limited, where responsibilities include defining and executing the company's strategic vision and leading the executive search team. Prior to this role, Mukherjee was the Regional Partner for Middle East at Seintiv Talent Solutions, focusing on executive search across sectors such as Retail, Banking, FMCG, and Technology. Previous experience includes positions at Daksada as Vice President, Lobo Management Services as Associate Director of Talent Management, and ABC Consultants as Associate Director, where a strong understanding of MENA markets was developed. Education includes a PGCHRM from XLRI Jamshedpur, an MBA in Marketing from Ohio University, and a BE in Electrical & Electronics from Bangalore University.
