Alain Hernandez

Alain Hernandez has held various roles in the software engineering industry since 2007. From 2007 to 2009, they were the Head of Development Team and the Software Architect for the Prosecutor Management System at the E-Government Development Center, University of Computer Sciences. During this time, they supervised a team of eight Programmer/Designers and was the lead developer for the Security and User Management modules.

In 2010, Alain held two positions simultaneously, as the Software Architect for the Management System for Nursing Homes at Santovenia Nursing Home and as a Developer for the Ecommerce Product Catalog at ATComercial Enterprises. During this time, they were involved in the full Software Development Life Cycle, analyzing business needs and implementing and evaluating systems to meet business needs and budget constraints.

From 2011 to 2016, Alain was the Senior Software Architect at Voxbeam, where they were given the opportunity to fully participate in full Software Development Life Cycles, from business needs to maintenance. Alain designed, improved and built products for the company to compete in the market by analyzing business needs and providing affordable and manageable solutions with high quality.

In 2017, Alain moved to Aventri, where they were the Lead Software Engineer. Finally, in 2020, they joined Genius Referrals as the CEO and Solutions Consultant.

Alain Hernandez attended the University of Computer Sciences from 2002 to 2007, where they earned a BS in Software Engineering with a focus in Software Engineering.
