Kate Phillips

Kate Phillips has extensive experience in finance and business partnering roles. Kate currently serves as the Head of Commercial at Genius Sports, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Finance Business Partner at Genius Sports from May 2020 to October 2022. Before joining Genius Sports, Kate worked as a Finance Manager at SG Digital (Division of Scientific Games Corporation) from January 2019 to May 2020. Kate also has experience at Paddy Power Betfair, where they served as a Senior Finance Business Partner and Finance Business Partner International and B2B from June 2016 to October 2018. Additionally, Kate has worked as a Commercial Finance Manager at Betfair, a Trading Accountant at Asda, and held various roles at KPMG UK, including Tax Assistant Manager, Tax Assistant, and Audit Assistant.

Kate Phillips attended Leeds University from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Accounting and Finance. Prior to attending Leeds University, Kate Phillips attended Lady Manners School from 2005 to 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Kate also obtained a certification in Body Language for Leaders from LinkedIn in December 2017.
