Mark Bacera

Mark Bacera is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education, business management, and creative publishing. Currently serving as the Country Manager for Genius Sports in Japan, Mark oversees a team of over 70 independent contractors, focusing on recruitment, training, and performance management. As the Owner and President/CEO of Rounded Specs Publishing, LLC, Mark has authored and illustrated more than 20 books, demonstrating strong project management and creative skills. Additionally, Mark has extensive experience as a Language Instructor at Oregon Language School, teaching English and managing various educational activities, while also serving as a Head Teacher at Audax, further enhancing skills in Business English and global business coaching. Mark holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Human Resources Management, along with a certification in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language from Brigham Young University–Hawaii.
