Matt Fleckenstein has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Matt began their career as an Analyst at Campos Marketing and Market Research, focusing on new product development. Matt then joined Innovation Works as the Director of the Entrepreneur in Residence Program, where they provided strategic guidance and support to portfolio companies.

At Feedhub (later acquired by LinkedIn), Matt served as the VP of Product, overseeing product management, strategic sales, and company/product marketing. Matt then joined Microsoft, first as a Group Product Manager for Office Live, where they led the design of customer experiences and implemented a Small Business Dashboard. Matt later took on the role of Director of Customer Experience Marketing for Microsoft Office, before becoming the Principal Group Product Manager for Product Intelligence, where they managed a team responsible for data-driven marketing and business planning for Office 365.

Matt then transitioned to Salesforce, where they held two VP level roles. Matt led Product for the IoT Cloud, the company's event processing and orchestration platform, and later served as the VP of Marketing Automation for the Marketing Cloud, responsible for developing and executing the vision and roadmap for marketing automation solutions.

Following their time at Salesforce, Matt co-founded Amplero, a self-learning personalization platform for digital marketing optimization. Matt raised funds and led the marketing efforts at the company before joining Nintex as the Chief Marketing/Product Officer. At Nintex, they focused on assessing market needs, developing product strategies, and launching new products into the market.

Matt then returned to Microsoft as the Head of Product Management for Microsoft Mixed Reality, where they led product strategy and management for the company's mixed reality business, including hardware and software products like HoloLens and Microsoft Mesh.

Most recently, Matt joined Genius Sports as the Chief Product Officer, where they are responsible for leading product development and innovation.

Matt Fleckenstein attended Carnegie Mellon University from 2000 to 2002.
